As part of the school’s curriculum, which is centred around celebrating vocabulary and a love of reading, there is also a reading corner filled with exciting new books for pupils to enjoy.
Head Hayley Cheeseman said: “Our brilliant early years classroom has just got even better. We have transformed our indoor environment with every area carefully planned to enhance children’s experiences with us.
“This has been a valuable investment for us as ensuring our children get the best start to their education is of paramount importance.”
The warm and creative environment is a place where staff support and develop learning tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Debra Weston, the early years co-ordinator, said: “It is wonderful to see children exploring the new resources – it really adds a new dimension to their learning.”
The investment in the EYFS is part of a major refurbishment of The Grove.
At the start of term, staff unveiled their new wall art wraps which decorate the interior walls featuring images, portraits and quotes from favourite book characters.
