First prize was Skye, a Sprocker owned by Harley Newton, second place went to Cola, a hamster owned by Kaitlyn Harris and 3rd prize went to Daisy, a Maltese owned by Evie Lilley.

Phoenix Pre-School owner Julie Halliday said: “The idea of having a pet show came from our role play looking at people’s professions. In this case it was vets.

“I would like to thank all the parents and children that supported this event. A special thank you must go to Kerry at Pets at Home for taking the time on her day off to come and do the judging.”
