The new Osprey Property office is right next to St Mary’s Church in the town centre and to welcome new clients, *home owners will be offered a reduced 0.5% fee (down from the usual 1% fee) before Easter terms and conditions apply.
Hannah, who has won branch and manager of the year awards in her previous roles, said: “We would like to welcome people in for a chat and advice. This is a great venue for a meeting place and we will be working closely with the local community.”

A four-bedroom house with an annexe or land to build on, within a 20-mile radius of Melton Mowbray, for up to £175k.
A two-bedroom property with a garage, on the north side of Melton Mowbray.
A free six-month property management service is being offered for new rental properties, which will be managed by Osprey Property’s team of experts.
