New landlords sought for village pub near Melton
Current landlords, Gary and Pauline Healey, are leaving the Cheney Arms, at Gaddesby, for pastures new after running it for 13 years.
The pub, which sits on the corner of Rearsby Lane and Main Street, has developed a reputation for good food.

Hide AdPie nights have been especially popular, with as manay as 100 pies being enjoyed by customers on a Wednesday evening.
Leicestershire brewery, Everards, which is marketing the venue, say: “This pub would suit a couple with catering experience and good front of house skills, who would like to be part of a lovely village community.
“This is a well-established business, but also has the opportunity to grow and needs someone with the vision to continue to attract people from far and wide, but also provide a lovely welcoming pub for its villagers.”
The grade two listed building takes its name from the Cheney family who once lived in picturesque Gaddesby.

Hide AdIt has a large restaurant area which is catered for by a well-equipped commercial kitchen and there is a separate drinking area.
The pub, which has a sizeable car park, also boasts accommodation for guests with four en suite bedrooms, all currently offered as part of a bed and breakfast service.
