Melton pet store to open new groom room as part of £100,000 plus revamp
A £100,000 plus renovation of Melton's Pets at Home store includes a new groom room set to open within the Scalford Road store on Saturday.
The refurbishment is set to create three new jobs, with new grooming positions created, bringing the total number of staff working there, across full and part-time roles, to 14.
The groom room will offer services including full grooming, bath and blow dry, puppy grooming and nail clipping.
Store manager Sue Dale said: “We’ve listened carefully to what our customers have been telling us and we’re confident the store’s improved layout and new groom room will be just what they want.”
