Leicester businesswoman to speak at ten-year celebration of UK business community
A Leicester-based PR and visibility expert will be speaking at a week long business festival celebrating ten years of one of the UK’s most established networking communities.
Estelle Keeber, founder of Immortal Monkey, will be delivering a live session as part of Hashtag 10, a business festival marking ten years of Hashtag Events. The festival runs from Monday, January 12, and brings together ten of the most popular business topics from the past decade.
Estelle’s session will take place on Friday, January 16 at 10am and will focus on PR, visibility and how business owners can use media coverage to build credibility and grow their profile without needing a large budget.
Hashtag Events was founded to do networking differently, focusing on meaningful connection rather than large scale, transactional events. Over the past ten years, the community has delivered more than 300 events, welcoming over 52,000 attendees and supporting thousands of business owners across the UK.
Speaking about her involvement, Estelle said: “PR can feel intimidating, but when it’s done properly it is one of the most powerful tools a business owner can use. I’m really looking forward to sharing practical, realistic advice that people can actually use straight away.”
The Hashtag 10 festival is being delivered live to encourage real interaction, with recordings released later through Hashtag’s online platforms. Business owners can attend sessions throughout the week covering a wide range of topics, all centred around connection, community and long term value.
