Tuck into delicious breakfast for Fairtrade Fornight

Fairtrade campaigners are hosting a tasty continental style breakfast morning at Sage Cross Methodist Church.

Melton Mayor Jeanne Douglas will also be attending to offer her support at the event on Saturday.

The breakfast (9-11am), is being organised by The Melton Mowbray Fairtrade Steering Group as part of Fairtrade Fortnight, which runs from February 29 until March 13.

People of all ages are invited to attend. There will be no charge but donations are invited to help cover the costs.

Fairtrade accreditation ensures farmers and producers are paid fair wages so they can support their families and communities.
