Take to the the saddle for cancer charity

The annual Macmillan sponsored horse ride takes place later this year in the grounds of Belvoir Castle on Sunday, April 17.

Riders can enjoy 15 miles of glorious countryside and raise money for the charity.

The route goes through grounds not normally accessible to the general public and is made possible thanks to the support of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland.

The annual event is organised by Christine Griffin and Brenda Greaves and the Melton branch of Macmillan Cancer Support.

More than 200 riders took part in last year’s event which raised over £10,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
