Richard Watkinson and Partners is working with 17 schools across the region to create their very own artistic interpretation of one of the properties currently being marketed by the estate agents, to be in with a chance of winning a prize.

Pupils will be given the opportunity to be as creative as they want and they could even have their work displayed in the window of the companies Melton branch.

Nicola McKenzie, senior sales negotiator at Richard Watkinson and Partners, came up with the idea for the competition.

She said: “The Easter holidays are nearly here and we wanted to do something fun to engage with the schools.

“We have invited a number of local schools already but would love to hear from any more that would like to get involved. As well as getting the chance to have their artwork displayed in our town centre window, we’re also giving away £50 in vouchers to the winning picture along with a £50 donation to their school funds. Just bring your entry into our office in the Market Place or send it in the post.

“The response from the schools has already been fantastic and we are definitely going to have a difficult job judging the winner!”
