Flag-waving families have a fantastic time at Burghley House Battle Proms

Families and friends from right across the East Midlands enjoyed a spectacular summer’s day out at yesterday’s (Saturday, July 4) Battle Proms held at Burghley House in Stamford.

This year marked the 11th Battle Proms at Burghley House and there was something for everyone to enjoy in the stunning sunshine including a Spitfire flypast, firework spectacular, dramatic re-enactments and an evening of soul stirring classical music.
