Overseas folk and roots music duo to perform at popular Asfordby pub

Australian music duo Chris Fisher and Marcelle Townsend-Cross known, also known as ‘Monkey and the Fish,’ are set to perform at 9pm.

They will play a selection of classic covers as well as their new single release ‘Change Is Good.’ Their sound features rich vocal harmonies, great guitar work and diverse influences from folk and roots genre.

Chris has family ties to the Midlands with his father Peter, born and raised in Buckminster. He visited in 2011 but this will be the first time that Chris has performed in the UK, a home coming long over due.
