FR-IR was launched in June 2014 as a fundraising group for Citizens Advice, Rutland, to generate funds for an advisor who offers free, confidential and impartial advice to local people affected by cancer, dementia, strokes and other long-term health conditions.
Elizabeth Mills, representing the charity, thanked the members for their generosity.
