Sports massage therapist Emma Sharkey will run a free drop-in clinic at Melton Sports in King Street on Saturday.

Emma, who lives in Melton and is based at Race Hub, Six Hills, will offer short treatments, taping and injury prevention advice between 11am and 2pm.

She said: “My background lies within the care sector, caring for the elderly and then working as a healthcare assistant in a GP practice.

“I have a passion for helping others so enrolled in a sports massage course, passed and I haven’t looked back.

“I enjoy running as a member of Stilton Striders and a regular at Melton parkrun.”

Customers are invited to call in for advice or a short massage and to pick up a treatment voucher. No appointment is necessary.
