Frisby Fun Run: Last chance to enter

The deadline to enter this year's Frisby Fun Run is looming fast as the event returns for its seventh year.

Entries must reach organisers by Friday (March 24) with the race set to take place on Saturday, April 1 to raise funds for the village primary school’s PTA.

It is suitable for all ages and abilities with a course of approximately three-quarters of a mile for pre-school to primary school pupils, and two laps of the course for all other ages.

The family-friendly event features stream crossings and the usual mud, and the first race is due off at 2pm.

All finishers will receive a medal, with trophies for individual race winners.

A barbecue and refreshments will be available to purchase on the day.
