Boys and girls living in Melton and Asfordby are being introduced to kwik cricket by the Belvoir Cricket & Countryside Trust.

Melton Bees coaching is taking place at The Grove in Asfordby Road on Mondays from 5pm-6.30pm and is open to all primary school pupils in the town aged five to 11, led by qualified coach Neil Atkins.

Each session costs just £1 thanks to support from Melton Borough Council’s Community Fund.

Asfordby Bees meet at Asfordby Parish Hall on Tuesdays from 6pm-7.30pm, led by former professional cricketer Darren Bicknell.

Sessions will run throughout this term and the school summer holidays, costing £2 per week. To book call Neil on 07436 263837 or email [email protected]
