Application to build 15 homes to north of Melton
Proposals to build 15 new homes on land off St Bartholomews Way in Melton have been submitted to Melton Council.
Land to the south of the proposed site was granted outline approval for 30 homes earlier this year.
A design and access statement shows the 15-home development, at the junction of the A606 Nottingham Road and St Bartholomews Way, would be served by an access off St Bartholomews Way, with a central spine road running through it. The proposed development would comprise of a mix of two-bed to four-bed homes.
Melton Council will decide the outline planning application in due course.
