Man charged with foxhunting offence at Harby

John Holliday, of Delamere Road, Bromyard, Herefordshire, will appear at Leicester Magistrates Court on Friday July 15.

Leicestershire Police say Holliday is charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog and that the hunting was not of a class exempted by Schedule 1 to the Hunting Act 2004.

The charge is in relation to an incident involving a fox reported at Harby on January 15 this year, the force has confirmed.
