Apply for share of £10,000 Melton community funding pot
Hundreds of beneficiaries have been allocated money from the Make It Happen Scheme over the years and this year we have decided to rename it the Ragdale Hall Spa Community Chest, with a £10,000 cash pot to allocate.
We are inviting organisations and causes from the Melton borough to apply for a share of the fund – applications can be made for any amount from £100 to £1,000 as we aim to support as many groups as we can.

Hide AdHugh Wilson, managing director at Ragdale Hall Spa, said: “We’re very excited to be relaunching Make It Happen, now under the new name the Ragdale Hall Spa Community Chest.
"2023 marks 50 golden years of Ragdale Hall Spa, and the 15th year of the awards, so what better time for a refresh.
“As a business we are proud to be part of the local community with many of our guests and suppliers and almost all of our 500-plus employees coming from the local area.
"The Ragdale Hall Spa Community Chest gives us a chance to give something back to the community and support an even wider group of people and organisations.”

“We encourage local groups, charities, and organisations to get their applications in for a share of the £10,000 pot.
"This year we’re also keen to receive applications for schemes and projects that have a focus on sustainability and are aimed at helping transform the local community or environment.”
