The Melton Building Society gives £11,725 to local air ambulance

The money – nearly enough to fund seven DLRAA missions – was raised through a special savings account which gives savers an attractive rate of interest and a donation of a percentage of average daily account balances.

The Melton chief executive Martin Reason said: “The DLRAA provides a unique and extremely valuable service. We’re delighted to support the charity.”
