There’s a rare chance to listen to one of Britain’s leading screenwriters at a special ‘evening with’ event in Oakham next month.
William Ivory will talk about his career, including his film credits Made in Dagenham and Taylor and Burton.
The Whissendine-based writer, who was brought up in Nottingham, has also worked on many popular television series including Common as Muck and Minder.
An Evening With Billy Ivory takes place at Rutland County Museum on Wednesday, February from 7.30pm.
