Melton Theatre customers will be among the very first members of the public to get a taste of what a new £2.5m Rural Catering Centre in the town has to offer.
The state-of-the-art facility, which is situated adjacent to the theatre, aims to provide the very best facilities for the training of catering and hospitality skills to Brooksby Melton College (BMC) students as well as the local community.
