New film in the park event for Melton coming soon
The box office smash hit, 'The Greatest Showman' comes to the Play Close Park next Friday (September 7), with Melton's first outdoor cinema event.
Inspired by the life of P.T.Barnum and his rise to create the Greatest Show on Earth, this star-studded musical cast will have you singing along to the worldwide sensation (PG).
The event is free to attend and the film will start at 8pm and run until 10pm.

BID manager Shelagh Core said: “Rally your friends, bring a picnic blanket and settle down to enjoy a film under the stars.
“Refreshments will be available on site, including hot food, ice cream, popcorn and sweets and Prosecco and Pimm’s. Witham Wines will also be joining us with their amazing Elderflower Presse and Sparkling Elderflower Wine.”
