The bimonthly comedy returns to the Noels Arms tonight with not only four fantastic comedians, but also the chance to have a fish and chip supper delivered to your table before the show.

The Genny B host a free show on Friday at 7.30pm. It includes Cabin Boy Jumped Ship who bring a hard hitting electronic infused metal sound. They are supported by tech metallers On Hollow Ground and the epic anthemic melodies of True heights. Kicking the night off is local hip hop artist Raff Hazen and Freak Static who will be performing an acoustic set of his latest tracks.

Melton’s Beer Festival will play host to We Tried Kylie on Friday night. Get set for an 80s flashback at the Market Tavern from 7.30pm. There’ll also be a last ever gig from The Platforms.

Ben Hartmann’s band will perform at the Noels Arms on Friday.

The Beer Festival continues on Saturday at the Market Tavern with more bands playing. Govannen at 2.30pm, Melstrum Ukele Orchestra at 4.30pm, Project Blue at 7pm and The Worx at 10pm.

There will be high voltage rock n’ roll from BaKlash at Waltham’s Charter Fair on Saturday. Their set includes covers from The Stones, Kinks, T-Rex and Black Sabbath.

Prelude make a welcomed return to Frisby on Saturday at the village hall along with band Montys Travellin music show.

6th Sense perform rock, indie and punk tunes at the Genny B and on Saturday and there’ll be classic rock covers from four piece band Mr Rokard at the Noels Arms.

Rounding off Saturday will be The Arcadians who play at the Grapes on Saturday.

Sunday sees Daryl Kirkland play the best of the 1950s/60s at The Noels Arms. The Boneyard Blues Band are at the Crown and The Red Lion in Stathern hosts a popular jazz evening.
