Are you an adrenaline junkie who likes a tough challenge? Do you like having your will power tested to the absolute limit? Can you put your body through hell to say you were one of the few who conquered Tough Mudder?
There’s still time to apply for a place at this year’s Tough Mudder event taking place at Belvoir Castle this weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
Tough Mudder is a team oriented 10-12 mile (18-20 km)
obstacle course designed not only to test physical strength but also mental grit.
With an innovative course that has inspired more than two million participants worldwide, Tough Mudder is the premier adventure challenge series in the world.
A Tough Mudder half event was also held in the castle grounds on Saturday. It featured over a dozen signature obstacles – but excluding the fire, ice and electricity elements of the original Tough Mudder events.
In total there were around 6,500 competitors and 1,500 participants.
Coming to six locations in the UK, this new team-oriented event requires less training, making it an accessible yet rewarding challenge for people of all athletic abilities.
Additionally, all UK Tough Mudder events will once again host Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder, a one-mile obstacle course jointly developed by Tough Mudder and Fruit Shoot.
Designed for ages seven to 12, Mini Mudder gives kids the opportunity to get muddy, work as a team and experience the thrill of adventure.
