Textiles, paintings and watercolours were just some of the masterpieces on display at the 16th exhibition by The Twyford Guild of Artists.
The weekend event at the village hall showcased artfrom village residents including Jean Baker, Paula Chapman, Lesley Harris, Frances Lowe, Gay Mayes, Mike Stubbs and Vyv Wilkins.
Organiser Gay Mayes said: “This year’s attendance was excellent - it’s the 16th annual exhibition we have held and it’s attendance continues to increase year on year.
“We have many visitors that return every year, attracted by the wide variety of media on display. They know that all the artwork is new and they enjoy seeing how the artists are progressing with their new directions.
“The ever-popular displays by Lizzie Moss were a particular favourite with visitors especially when she was joined by Jay Whelton to demonstrate on magnificent 1890’s Victorian circular sock machines.
“The exhibition was also enhanced by a wonderful display of three dimensional craft work provided by Twyford’s Dotty Gallery.”
Plans are already being made for next year’s exhibition.
