Pupils at The Grove Primary School have raised £1,000 for school funds by holding a Christmas fayre.
The event which was well attended by parents and carers had a host of different stalls and allowed the children to dress in their favourite Christmas jumpers.
Maria Bradley, business manager at The Grove, said: “Each class hosted a stall of Christmas themed crafts which they had made.
“During the day the children performed a variety of festive carols, served refreshments and there was a hamper raffle. A school disco also contributed to the funds.”
