Take a trip down memory lane and attend a Melton '˜Back to the Eighties' fundraiser
The event at the town’s Market Tavern will raise funds for Stephens Footprints, a local baby loss support group and the RAF Association.
The brainchild of Ivan Wright, and now in its third year, the event has raised just under £3,000 for charities so far.

Co-organiser Pete Wilkinson said: “Remember a time when Jonny still worked on the dock and nobody had yet shot JR. Then you’ll remeber the good old 1980s when things were so uncomplicated.
“Don’t buy a ticket to the moon, buy a ticket to Back to the Eighties instead.
“This year we see the return of Reckless who absolutely smashed it in on our opening in 2014.
“We have RockSka playing all that’s good in theMadness, Bad Manners era and our headline band We Tried Kylie have to be seen to be believed.

“There are plenty of surprises lined up too, all in the safe hands of MC’s Sid Snot and Cupid Stunt.”
Fancy dress is not compulsory but is advised, and there is a prize for the best costume.
Tickets for the evening which runs from 7pm until 1am, cost £10, and are available from Icon Music in Kings Street, Fourwalls in Burton Street and the RAF Tornado Club Bar on Asfordby Road.
