Melton Learning Hub fete offers plenty of activities for children
The afternoon organised by Melton Learning Hub raised £700 for the facility which supports young people who are disengaged from learning.
Among the highlights was a four-a-side football tournament in the street stadia, a dog show, an Easter egg hunt, live bird of prey displays and business talks.

Michael Connolly, of the hub said: “Our fourth annual fete went really well, better than expected. We had the busiest year ever with over 400 people turning up on the day.
“I was concerned about the weather staying fine beforehand and was hoping the rain would hold off, which it did, until the last half an hour or so.
“I’d like to thank everyone who attended, the stall holders and businesses who supported us.”
