Melton runner Natalie Teece took home a bronze medal after a brilliant third place at the Leicester Half-Marathon on Sunday.
The Stilton Strider clocked 1hr 29min 16secs in the county championship race, and 51st overall in a field of 2,100 runners.
But Luke Eggleston was the first Strider across the line, finishing in an excellent 16th place overall in a personal best time of 1.22.33.
They were followed by clubmates Sharon Eshelby (1.48.55), Ross Jackson (1.53.34 PB), Helen Plant (1.55.07), Alison Wilson (2.13.32), Kelly Rutherford (2.19.53), and Janet Hudson (2.31.37).
Two Striders took on the full marathon, both making their debut at the distance.
Alan Thompson clocked an impressive debut time of 3hr 44min 32secs, followed by Dan Giblett in 4.22.07.
* Elsewhere on Sunday, a group of Striders headed to Cropwell Bishop for the annual Stilton Stumble 10k road race.
Jason Barton is coming back to form after injury and finished in an excellent second place in 34min 48secs.
Next back for the Melton club in 27th was Andy Nicholls in a time of 41min 47secs, ahead of Wayne Hackett (45.38), Marc Lupson (45.48), Julie Bass (47.08), David Hall (51.15), and Vanessa Walker (55.57).
