Rugby teams at Ratcliffe College went from strength to strength with a very impressive record over the year.

The under 15s, under 14s, under 13s and under 12s played 42 games in total and won 40 of them with the U15s and U12s unbeaten.

The U15s racked up a points tally of 346 points from 11 games, while the U12s have a very impressive haul of 441 points from just nine games.

The U15s, U14s and U13s teams have all reached the quarter-finals of their respective county cups, while the U12s play their county tournament next term.

By the end of last month Ratcliffe’s under 12s were second on the national rankings for independent schools in Britain, based on the wins and losses and the statistics for each team.

The under 15s sat sixth, while the under 13s and 14s were 13th and 14th respectively.
