Barkby United suffered a comprehensive defeat against Premier Division leaders Lutterworth as their fight to avoid the drop goes on.
After winning the toss, Barkby captain Steve Flowers decided to bat first, but they lost their first wicket when Botting was caught behind playing at a wide delivery from Pickering with the score on 10.
Troop and Funnell took the score to 44 before Troop was bowled by Alec Hill for 12, and three runs later, Funnell was bowled by Hill for 12.
Barkby then lost the wickets of Silver and Flowers with no addition to the score.
Hill and spinner Welham then destroyed the rest of the innings with only Morris (23) and Smith (18), who put on 40 for the ninth wicket, reaching double figures as the home side were dismissed for 100.
Lutterworth lost their first wicket when Pickering was trapped leg before by Waplington for 14, but county batsman Lewis Hill came to the wicket and made his intentions clear from the start.
He hit 53 off 22 balls as Lutterworth reached their victory target in the 17th over.
The defeat leaves Barkby one place and 24 points above the bottom two with three games to play, including a potentially decisive meeting with second-bottom Uppingham on the final day of the season.
Barkby head to Barrow on Saturday for a noon start, while the second team host Melton in Division Three (12.30pm start).
