Neil Edwards won Wednesday’s Middy qualifier match at Lakeview last Wednesday, catching 72lb 1oz from peg one on the marina pool.
Neil caught mainly carp to 4lb and skimmers and roach, fishing maggot and pellet, down the track and over.
With Neil and runner-up Kev Kania already qualified for September’s match, this gave regular angler Bronson Arme a place in the competition.
