Lucky young footballers and their coaches got up close and personal with the biggest prize in English football last Thursday when the Premier League trophy came to town.
Representatives from reigning champions Leicester City came to Melton Sports Village with their glittering prize to meet teams from junior clubs Mowbray Rangers and Melton Foxes.
Both clubs were given an hour slot with the players able to have their photos taken with the trophy.
Mowbray had all 13 teams pictured by their parents, while some mums and dads also muscled in on the action.
Simon Bailey and Adrian Hubbard, who manage the Under 12s Tigers, were also entrusted to hold the trophy between them.
