Having won the toss and batted, Dalby openers Rob Herrick (47) and Tom Driver (50) were quickly into their stride and the runs soon began to mount up.

The scoreboard was showing 90 when Herrick was caught behind, but Dalby were only just getting started and they had plenty of batting to come.

David Greaves (84) and Joe Gant (69), aided by Ben Wass (25), Alfie Greaves (14 not out), Harry Clayton (12), Will Gent (10) and Tony Woodcock (9 not out) all chipped in to amass an imposing 358-9 in 45 overs.

It soon became apparent Bingham had no answer to Dalby’s bowlers in their reply.

Tony Woodcock (3 for 11), Will Gent (2 for 15), Alfie Greaves (2 for 29), Harry Clayton (1 for 4) and Joe Gant (1 for 8) soon bowled Bingham out for 96 in 28 overs.

Dalby travel to Titchfield Park in Hucknall on Saturday hoping to continue their winning form in Division M.
