Staff and volunteers at Melton’s Rainbows shop are encouraging people to snap up its Christmas bargains.
Party-goers at the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People shop, in Sherrard Street, can bag an inexpensive outfit for a Christmas bash for under £15. And those struggling to find that perfect secret Santa gift, can pick up a treat for under £5.
Karen Bilsby, head of retail at Rainbows, said: “Christmas can be a very busy and expensive time so we want to help shoppers out with some great festive offers. By popping into our Melton shop you can buy some of the latest trends perfect for your Christmas party, as well as having a range of quirky, fun and practical presents for your secret Santa.
“Not only will you pick up a bargain, you’ll be supporting the hospice which cares for Leicestershire children and young people who are terminally ill or have life-limiting illnesses. We’d like to thank our supporters for their generosity over the past year and wish them a very happy Christmas.”
Buying an outfit for £15 will fund an hour’s care for a child at Rainbows. A £5 gift will buy one day’s oxygen supply for a child.
