Scalford eco tearoom raises £630 for Alzheimer's Society
Charity Alzheimer's Society has received a helping hand in the form of a big cheque from The Old Brickyard Tea Garden in Scalford.
A total of £630 was raised by volunteers and customers during the course of 2015.
Anna Stasinska owner of the tearoom said: “I’ve been running my eco tearoom for the past four years and have held a fundraising event for a different charity each year. Following my August Vintage Car and Bike meet I collected funds up until Christmas.
“For 2016 I will be fundraising for Hope Against Cancer.”
