The programme, supported by Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service, includes a team-building residential week, community fundraising activities and two-weeks work experience and is aimed at improving youngsters confidence and employability skills.
The programme will also offer practical life skills, career advice and help with job hunting, qualifications and the chance to make a real difference in Melton.
