Still a chance for Aldi's plans for new store in Melton
A planning application to build a new Aldi store in Melton has been deferred as the discount retailer seeks to address concerns about the impact of noise on nearby homes.
Melton Council’s planning committee was due to discuss the new store proposals, to be built at the old ambulance station site, last night (Thursday).
The application is now expected to decided at a future meeting after Aldi reviews its proposals.
