Volunteers desperately needed to keep Melton multiple sclerosis (MS) group going

Volunteers are desperately sought to help keep the Melton and Rutland branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society going

The group was formed more than 40 years ago to give support and information to people living with MS in this area.

Their monthly drop-in sessions are well attended with the opportunity to meet other people with the condition.

Secretary Joan Smith, who is retiring after 30 years, said: “Unfortunately we are very short of volunteers and unless we can find people to take on various roles on the committee we cannot carry on.”
