Yesterday evening (Thursday), finalists in the Melton Times Community Awards found out whether they were winners or runners-up in the 2015 Melton Times Community Awards.

They gathered, alongside event and award sponsors, at the Melton Vale Post-16 Centre in Burton Road for the presentation, hosted by group editor Mark Edwards.

Awards were given out following a Spanish-themed buffet and entertainment provided by musical duo Mambo Jambo.

Well done to everyone who took part, winners, runners-up and all other nominees. And thank you to everyone who took the time to make a nomination.
