Following a review of specialist land-based providers, the college ranked top across the whole of the East Midlands for achievement among 16-18 across all levels, and third nationally for Level 3 provision.

The recently published statistics, from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), show that Brooksby Melton College had a 94.7 per cent achievement rate (2014-15 academic year) - a huge 10 per cent above the national rates.

The assessment is based on achievement rates, formerly known as success rates, which measure how many students both complete and pass their course.

Brooksby Melton College principal Chris Ball said: “These figures highlight the benefits of studying at Brooksby Melton College and demonstrate our commitment to providing students with the best learning experience.

“We work very hard to ensure our students are provided with first-class teaching, excellent support and outstanding facilities, giving them everything they need to achieve their full potential.

“We’re immensely proud of how dedicated and hard-working our students are and they really do deserve to be studying in the best learning environment.”
