Melton Times letter: Melton Birth Centre closure

Unbelievable on hearing the news that they are considering closing the Melton Birthing Centre in our town.

Do those managers in NHS not work closely with local councils and read about the big plans this town has been forced to have in regards to housing needs.

Melton is having up to 5,000 thousands plus new housing in the next ten years to which there will be a need for this existing birthing centre.

Not only this town but all over Leicestershire big changes are happening.
