“Group chairman Les McLintic and managing director Steve Harvey promote a wonderful ethos at the Westerby Group which is to support local charities and give something back to the community they live and work in.”

The garden party provided a perfect summer afternoon with Pimm’s on the lawn and a mouth-watering buffet with delicious desserts served in a marquee, supported by Burleighs Gin with catering provided by Dimblebee.

Les McLintic, Westerby Group chairman, said: “The event’s success was built on a brilliant charity partnership.

“Westerby Group would like to thank LOROS for all their hard work and commitment in arranging such a wonderful afternoon.

“This couldn’t have happened without the support of Sir David and Lady Samworth whose generosity has helped to raise funds for people needing hospice care.”
