Hundreds of motorcyclists will be gathering in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire on Sunday, August 14, for a huge event in aid of two air ambulances, including the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA).
About 500 motorcyclists will start the day by gathering at Bruntingthorpe race circuit, near Lutterworth, for the annual ‘Ride In’ event.
Riders will pay £10 to join in the Ride In and they will get the chance to complete a lap of the famous track. They will then leave under escort for Brackley Festival of Motorcycling in Northamptonshire.
Al proceeds will be split between the DLRAA and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA).
Those taking part will get free entry to the festival along with designated parking close to all the action. A number of historic aircraft will be on show at the circuit, with refreshments also available.
Tickets are still available and you can book your tickets and find more details at https://theairambulanceservice.org.uk/event-news/ride-in-2016
