Jobs have been created at a telemarketing company that has just opened its head office at Melton’s Pera Business Park.
Organic Leads has taken on 12 staff who in a short space of time have secured two contracts.
Matt Swann, of Organic Leads, said: “In terms of help getting settled in our new office at Pera Business Park the team here have been fantastic.
“We’ve had assistance and help at every turn.
“The location has proved a big success with recruitment as it’s such a central location and only a short walk from the train station and main bus terminals.
“We are moving into our second round of recruitment already and have huge plans for the rest of 2016 and years to come.
Mr Swann added: “The building itself is modern and has the kind of features that impress potential new clients as well as visitors in whatever capacity.
“We see ourselves being part of the Pera Business Park family for many years to come.”
The team has been recruited from Melton Mowbray with the help of Melton Borough Council and the job centre.
Carrie Potter, sales and marketing manager for Pera Business Park, said: “This year has been a strong start for new companies moving onto the business park.
“We have tenants expanding on-site, companies relocating from further afield and we can offer flexible space and terms to help support new start-up companies.
She added: “We are proud to be able to help provide a nurturing environment that will lead to employment growth in the local area.”
News of the firm’s arrival comes just weeks after civil engineering consultancy Wormald Burrows Partnership moved to the park.
