Families enjoyed a wonderful day out at Croxton Kerrial’s annual fun day to raise funds for the village youth club.
Around two to three hundred visitors attended the event held at the sport and social club and were able to enjoy a whole host of fun activities.
Attractions on the day included face painting, a bouncy castle, pony rides, tombola and stalls.
There was also live music, refreshments, children’s games and the event was declared open by Melton actor Adrian Scarborough.
Organiser Tracey Taylor said: “The event has helped raise around £500 for the youth club and it was by the best year we’ve had in terms of numbers.
“The weather managed to stay fine and one of the most popular attractions was the dog show by the Wuff ‘N’ Ready fly ball group.
“I’d like to thank everyone who helped. Every little bit of help from so many people made this such a spectacular event and I can’t wait to do it again next year.”
