A female casualty had to be cut free from a vehicle after a road accident in Wymondham this morning (Monday, August 1).

Fire crews from Melton and Oakham were called to Melton Road at 6.38am. The female casualty was assessed by an ambulance crew after firefighters had managed to release her.
