Three crews of firefighters were mobilised after multiple calls were made about a fire at a Melton industrial estate.
The blaze was spotted at a pallet yard on Beler Way on the Leicester Road estate.
Incident commander Scott Smith said: “En route we were informed by fire service control that a third appliance had been mobilised from Oakham due to the volume of calls being received, this was coming from Oakham.
“On arrival, the two Melton crews quickly got the fire under control with one crew preventing any further fire spread while the other dealt with the fire.
