Some of the attractions included craft stalls, live music, fairground rides, a classic car display, Irish dancing, a bouncy castle and a dog show.

Also attending the event were stunt bike riding performers Moto Stunts International, top illusionist Van Burren and premiere equine display team Stallions Of Substance.

William Wood, who organised the festival with his brother Ashley, said: “The show went very well and we had lots of positive feedback from visitors.

“The weather stayed fine and people made the most of the fabulous entertainment on offer.

“We’re already planning ahead to next year and want to build on the success.

“We want to keep the momentum going and welcome people’s ideas and suggestions so we can improve the festival each time.

“We hope to make this the best free show in the country and want to keep the show going for many years to come.

“Thank you to all those who attended and help us put on this excellent two-day spectacle.”
