Both children and adults enjoyed the chance to try the Oliver Twist art corner, and Christmas carol crafts, listen to stories, sing nursery rhymes and take part in a fun quiz.

A penny tuck shop offered tasty treats to those with a sweet tooth and there was also the chance to take a trip up the 143 steps of the church tower. A short act of worship concluded the morning.

The next activities morning will be on November 12 when the theme will be Radioactive Sound. The morning will run from 10.30am to 12noon, and radio station 103 The Eye will be present.
